After end of war, Preussen sports ground was destroyed and used for agriculture, later coverd with buildings. It will never be a sports ground again. In 1946 Preussen players wich survived war and war captivity found the ZSG (central sports community) Eberswalde North. Traditional name Prusia was restricted by russians and communist administration. Next year club was renamed Eintracht (Concord) and play in new county league in Brandenburg county (all area around greater Berlin). Sports club became supported by Crane Builders (nationalised) Company of Eberswalde. Club changed into the near of the company in borough Westend there build a new own sports ground. In 1949 club was renamed to Stahl (Steel) Eberswalde and in 1952 it gets his definitly name Motor Eberswalde.
